HUMAN HELL - 'Amalantrah' | Single Review

Face down in the dirt, dragged heavily across the merciless scarlet stained gravel to an unknown location with the only sound being the hessian sack that crunches against your ears, the blurred vision between tiny cross stitches doing nothing to hint at your whereabouts. One band that explores and revels in the unpredictability of mortality is Human Hell, preaching the tagline: "The only guarantee in life is death. Absolute finality. Void in rest. Terra firms, firmly in terror. An Error. Mother Earth died in childbirth, of our new era.”

Taken from the bands upcoming EP, which hones in it’s focus on areas of the mysterious occult and it’s surrounding dark subject matters, the single offers a disturbing glimpse into the world of the Others.

Jumping head first into the bottomless pit of despair, Human Hell offer up an occultist sacrifice in the brutal form of ‘Amalantrah.’ Slow, unforgiving distortion grinds your bones to a paste, as the temptress of bass reaches out a bloodstained hand for assistance, before demonic and threatening vocals rip away the prospect of liberation. Ruthless drums deliver fatal blow after fatal blow, beating the dead horse to a pulp for the sheer thrill of it. Deathcore vocals were made for this topic; the Devil reaching out it’s raspy voice of possession, screeching and whispering commands at the same time like a choir of hellhounds.

Human Hell have achieved an other-worldly composition that Beelzebub himself would think twice about punishing them for. ‘Amalantrah’ is available now across all streaming platforms, and for more information follow the band on social media below.
